A Dothan native, Chad served a decade as an Alabama State Trooper before building a career in mortgage lending and real estate, then earning his Juris Doctorate from Faulkner Law in 2024. He has seen closings from every side of the table — lender, title, and legal — and that depth is what makes a MPASS closing calm, clean, and predictable.
